I manage end-to-end backlogs in Jira, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and provide C-level reporting that supports strategic decisions. I also bridge communication between teams and senior leadership for all-hands meetings and strategy sessions.
Previously, I led PSB Bank’s public website migration to a domestic CMS through industrial go-live on a budget of approximately 900 million RUB.
