What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated Psychology student at Tbilisi State University with practical customer support and research interviewing experience. I combine academic grounding in psychology with hands-on roles in support and service desk environments.
At Evolution I progressed from Customer Support Specialist to Service Desk Specialist, handling high ticket volumes, testing issues, and escalating to relevant departments.
