What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a well-structured organization that offers opportunities for personal and professional development, where I can contribute through audit coordination, risk management, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

At HPE Global E-Business Operations Centre, I coordinate Internal Audit and Operations, supporting audit fieldwork, remediation plans, risk mitigation, and structured reporting for senior management.

I've also managed business continuity and enterprise risk management activities, including BCP program stages, risk metrics, resiliency reporting, and guidance for operational business continuity leads. Previously, I oversaw rebate processes, account deliverables, order management, invoicing, backlog, and Order-to-Cash improvements across regional teams.

I bring experience in customer service, sales, marketing, website management, digital campaigns, and people coordination, with strong Italian and English communication skills.
