In my current Sales Assistant role, I assist customers with product selection and deliver high-quality service. I manage daily sales transactions and POS operations, while also supporting inventory control, restocking processes, and maintaining store presentation and stock organization.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Support Representative handling chats, calls, and emails—resolving inquiries and complaints while maintaining detailed communication records. I’ve also built logistics experience as a Warehouse Associate, supporting structured, fast-paced inventory tracking and onboarding documentation, which strengthened my multitasking and teamwork.
