What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my sales, technical support, customer service, or inventory experience in a fast-paced environment, solve problems efficiently, support customers and colleagues, and deliver high-quality service.

I'm currently supporting Newrest Hellas and Norse Atlantic Airways by packing and restocking flight trolleys to specification, completing stocktakes, recording expiry dates, and maintaining accurate inventory across Norse Atlantic and WinRest systems.

Previously at Sitel/Virgin Media Ireland, I handled 30–50 customer calls daily, exceeded sales targets, and earned selection for a specialist sales line through high conversion rates. I also progressed into technical and floor support, resolving broadband and TV issues while helping colleagues improve first-call resolution and customer interactions.
