Conducted UX research of a complex re-insurance blockchain web-app and developed new UX flows and UI prototypes. The UX piece and prototypes received support from all stakeholders, enabling teams to reduce feature development time by approximately 30%.

Integrated into client teams to build an SSR (server-side-rendered) website builder, managing stakeholders and writing quality reusable code. Upgraded existing codebases and solved complex problems, with project progress well-received before being put on hold due to COVID-19.

Led a team of five developers to rebuild a decentralized blockchain insurance product into a modern stack, establishing a roadmap for the tech stack and iterative deliveries. The new product generated global interest, and training provided to the team has been rolled out across the organization.

Led application development across the group, acting as Tech Lead and SCRUM Master for the application development team. Successfully improved international collaboration, paving the way for the development of a Global Developer Exchange Programme.

Collaborated closely with UX, stakeholders, and business analysts to architect and develop a sleek, modern, future-proof foundation for multiple projects. Introduced new concepts like Storybook, Material UI, and Redux to the flow, resulting in a complete streamlining and restructuring of development teams.

Developed a greenfield Openloop Visa based payment solution, conducting competitor research, UX/App evaluations, and user interviews. The website was successfully launched and integrated into various customer payment systems, receiving high approval ratings from follow-up UX evaluations.

Developed the flagship website for the HBO series Game of Thrones DVD release, overseeing graphic designers and liaising with the backend development team. The website and its immersive tactile experience were extremely well-received by the client and public.
