What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support role with an international company where I can communicate clearly, resolve customer concerns, and build my remote support skills.

I've supported customers at Britam by answering inquiries, explaining services clearly, following up with clients, and handling concerns while maintaining customer information and relationships.

My customer-facing work also includes serving customers at Mobicooks and assisting members of the public as an Election Clerk. I respond clearly to requests and questions, follow procedures, and handle information carefully.
