I’m looking for a role where I can combine first-level IT troubleshooting with live chat and email support, helping customers resolve issues quickly. I value clear processes, supportive teams, and opportunities to grow in customer experience and technical support.

I’m an IT Support and customer support professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, focused on delivering reliable first-level technical support and troubleshooting. I combine chat, email support, and strong problem solving to help customers quickly and professionally.

From 2023–2025, I worked as a Chat Moderator, moderating online communities, enforcing guidelines, and managing multiple chats. Previously, I handled customer inquiries as a Customer Service Representative, where I resolved complaints, documented interactions, and maintained high service standards—always with fast, attentive, remote-friendly communication.
