I'm seeking a leadership role where I can mentor engineers, shape product and technical roadmaps, and build user-centric, scalable frontend platforms in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I'm an Engineering Manager and senior frontend engineer with deep hands-on experience building scalable, user-focused web and mobile products. I combine technical leadership in React/React Native and TypeScript with a strong background in interaction design to drive intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

I have led multidisciplinary teams, improved system reliability (increasing price-fetch success rates from ~50% to ~80%), and created analytics tools using BigQuery and Excel to surface actionable KPIs for integrations. I mentor engineers, shape delivery processes, and contribute as a hands-on developer when needed.

I prioritize empowering teams, rapid iteration, and cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product to deliver maintainable architectures, reusable component libraries, and measurable business outcomes.
