I’m an HR BP / People Operations Manager with extensive experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition in IT environments. I build scalable HR processes by digitalizing workflows, implementing process automation, and creating structured HR documentation that leaders can rely on.
In my recent work, I’ve managed the full employee lifecycle—active sourcing and headhunting, interviews, offers, pre-boarding, onboarding, performance support, development planning, and offboarding. I also built structured onboarding and adaptation programs with welcome sessions, 1:1 follow-ups, onboarding checklists, and internal knowledge materials.
I’m especially focused on HR analytics and decision support: I maintained and validated HRIS data and developed reporting dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets for Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Compensation.
