Supported HR function within one of the largest Ukrainian retail and logistics groups, focusing on executive and middle management recruitment, leadership development, and HR digital transformation. Partnered with McKinsey to build strong talent pipelines and implement data-driven HR projects.

Took ownership of the full recruitment cycle for a Logistic project, collaborating closely with department heads to attract, select, and retain key talent. Implemented standards and best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Delivered outsourcing and outstaffing HR services for global clients including Procter & Gamble and Beko. Led L&D projects for store staff and designed and executed nationwide product training programs for retail employees.

Supported recruitment and onboarding processes across business units, maintained HR documentation and employee records in compliance with Ukrainian labor law, and assisted in organizing corporate training sessions and internal communications.
