At HealthStream, I own the roadmap and Agile delivery for the AI-native hCOI platform. I define product requirements for workflows, reporting, and data migration supporting 40M+ records across 80 client environments.

I use customer feedback, Pendo, Power BI, Sigma, SQL, and Snowflake to track adoption and product performance and prioritize workflow improvements. I also supported an MCP-powered solution that automated project artifacts from meeting transcripts.
