What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning, transformation, and international growth initiatives where I can build high-impact development ecosystems, mentor multicultural teams, and improve organisational performance.

At NCIA (NATO), I advise and support 3,000 staff in learning and professional development, translating training needs into practical learning opportunities. I manage induction programmes, learning events, team building, and change-focused learning services.

As founder and CEO of Triple Knowledge, I deliver advisory, mentoring, instructional design, talent assessment, and full training life-cycle solutions across e-learning, blended learning, and face-to-face environments. I also co-coordinate a postgraduate Digital Marketing programme at Autónoma University, teaching project and management modules.

Across FUNIBER’s Portugal and Portuguese-speaking African markets, I led P&L, growth strategy, partnerships, and remote cross-functional teams of 30+ people. I established the Mozambique headquarters, improved commercial pipelines and operations, and have mentored more than 90 international higher-education students.
