I’m looking for a remote/hybrid role where I can lead operations and client success—own workflows, coordinate teams, and improve efficiency, retention, and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a results-driven operations and client experience professional with 10+ years across business management, property operations, customer success, and service-based entrepreneurship. I manage systems, people, and workflows remotely to increase efficiency, retention, and satisfaction.

In my roles, I’ve handled high-volume communication, inbox and remote coordination, and scheduling to keep teams aligned in fast-paced environments. I’m also skilled in process improvement, workflow optimization, and budget/expense tracking.

I lead client and customer support with a strong focus on reliable service. I coordinate property and vendor operations, deliver training, and support leadership with clear reporting using CRM and Excel-based workflows.

I’m comfortable across modern tools and communication platforms, including Zendesk, Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Teams. I bring a calm, organized approach to solving problems, documenting processes, and keeping operations running smoothly.
