Led Fiber Optic service projects in partnership with Witel Telkom Bogor, overseeing project execution, vendor and team coordination, service delivery, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Set up and managed a trading operation supplying rubber puck components, managing client relationships and coordinating with manufacturers in China. Oversaw supplier, logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and customer coordination.

Co-developed and set up a vocational training center, managing day-to-day operations including facilities, syllabuses, and training delivery. Conducted Training Needs Analysis and developed customized in-house training programs.

Managed training and employee development for the Access Control business, conducting Training Needs Analysis and overseeing new-employee and promotion programs. Monitored and evaluated training programs and instructor performance.

Supported the management of Facility Services training and development activities, including new-employee and promotion programs for Cleaning Services and Office Support. Coordinated training activities with Operations and related departments.

Delivered operational and soft-skills training for Cleaning Services and Office Support employees. Supported Team Leader development and assessment, developed training materials, and conducted field-based training.

Progressed from Front Desk Officer to Assistant Front Office Manager, building hands-on experience in hospitality operations, guest service, and team supervision. As Training Coordinator, conducted Training Needs Analysis and developed training programs.
