What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in NGOs or leading corporate enterprises where I can drive impactful human capital and operational growth through talent development, program management, stakeholder collaboration, and structured training design.

At Rumah Kepemimpinan, I designed leadership development curricula and delivered training for 25 high-potential national awardees. I also mentor participants using Design Thinking, manage operational budgets with 100% financial accountability, and build relationships with corporate mentors, industry experts, and alumni.

I initiated and developed a web/apps-based attendance system to improve operational monitoring and training efficiency, earning The Highest Impact award in 2026. I also lead virtual corporate events, workshops, and recognition programs that strengthen participant engagement.

My background spans market research, marketing strategy, visual branding, supply-chain operations, and content development through Bengkel Hukum, Pissale Indonesia, Griin.id, and Screenfarm.id. I bring an agribusiness foundation and enjoy applying learning design, data analysis, and strategic communication to human capital and operational growth.
