I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own GTM and P&L, drive business transformation with data-led execution, and build high-performing teams—combining brand building with performance marketing and operational excellence.

I’m a results-driven Strategy & Operations Leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling growth engines across D2C, Retail, and EdTech. I specialize in business transformation, P&L ownership, and launching brands from 0 to launch with measurable GTM outcomes.

In my current role, I’m co-founding OrgEvo Consulting and Y&I Wellness, a premium D2C wellness brand. I lead end-to-end GTM strategy, define product roadmaps, own performance marketing execution across Meta and Google, and focus on ROAS optimization and CAC reduction to drive revenue growth.

Earlier, I scaled teams and programs at BYJU’S Tuition Centre, including launching and strategizing 303 centres across India. I led a presales team of 300+ and delivered strong demand outcomes through targeted lead generation, segmentation-driven analytics, and budget ownership.

Across Aakash Life and DishTV, I’ve delivered operational excellence through Six Sigma process design, category strategy, and disciplined business planning. I’ve consistently improved profitability, expanded brand portfolios (27 brands), and achieved growth milestones like 7x revenue growth and 1.3x sales enhancement.
