What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing role where I can solve problems end-to-end, support payments or bookings, grow technical skills, and contribute positively to a collaborative team.

I am a customer support professional who seeks new challenges and learns quickly to solve problems end-to-end. I combine professionalism with teamwork to help customers find solutions and make processes my own.

I have experience supporting travel bookings and payments, advising customers on policies and extra services, and working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint and Word. I also identify appropriate payment terminals and guide clients through setup and options.

In mobility support roles I schedule appointments, explain expert services, and locate necessary information to answer callers' questions. I bring positivity to teams and a practical understanding of common tech tools and workflows.

I am multilingual with native Dutch and advanced English, studying Serbian, and have a background in sports coaching and training that informs my communication and teaching style.
