I’m looking to lead finance teams building scalable controls, audit-ready reporting, and cash visibility across complex, multi-entity environments—partnering with executives on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

I'm a finance leader with 18+ years of experience building the financial infrastructure that growing companies actually need — clean reporting, audit-ready books, and systems that scale without breaking.

My background spans multi-entity and cross-border environments, where I've led everything from ERP migrations and ASC-606 implementations to resolving complex equity restatements across 21 entities. In my current role as Head of Finance, I built the accounting and reporting infrastructure across U.S. and Canadian operations and compressed month-end close to a repeatable, two-day process.

I work best with leadership teams who want a finance partner, not just a scorekeeper — someone who can translate the numbers into decisions and build the systems that make those decisions faster. I'm currently exploring remote Controller and Finance Director opportunities where I can do that work at scale.
