I'm a Head of Finance with eight years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in founder-led startups, focused on building revenue operations, financial models, and pricing strategies that drive profitability and scale.

At DSQ Technology I designed volume-discount and pricing models, modeled unit economics, and improved margins on a key product line by 33% through targeted cost management. I transformed cash-basis books into GAAP-compliant, audit-ready multi-entity financials and automated usage-based billing to reduce A/R errors to under 1%.

I built core financial infrastructure across ERP, banking, billing, and expenses—migrating to Mercury, consolidating billing under Stripe, and implementing Ramp for expense control—while developing KPI dashboards (LTV/CAC, ARR/FTE, Cash Burn, Runway, MRR Growth). I lead lean finance teams, design discounting and commission plans, and partner with sales and product to launch GTM strategies.
