What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead finance operations in regulated environments—owning SOX readiness, audit support, GAAP-compliant reporting, and scalable process improvements that improve close speed and decision-ready insights for executives.

I’m a CPA and senior finance leader with 20 years of experience strengthening financial operations in life sciences, technology, and regulated environments. I partner with executive leadership to deliver data-driven insights while ensuring strict adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards.

In recent consulting roles (including Interim Controller and Finance Consultant), I support CFOs and finance teams to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen audit readiness. I analyze financial statements, support CRO/CMC accruals, lead SOX testing, optimize month-end close, and develop SOPs to make processes scalable and repeatable.

Earlier, I served as Director of Accounting and Controller, leading global teams, managing accounting functions end to end, and overseeing SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and annual audit readiness. I’ve implemented ASC 606 and ASC 842, re-engineered closing processes to reduce closing time by 50%, and built internal control policies that improved consistency across entities.
