What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a high-performing accounting team as Controller, owning month-end close, internal controls, and revenue compliance, while driving process improvements and scalable reporting in NetSuite/ERP environments.

I’m an accounting and finance leader focused on controllership, month-end close, and strengthening internal controls. I’ve led Accounting teams from 8 to 10 people while driving reconciliation improvements, documentation, and audit-ready reporting.

In recent controller and accounting manager roles, I’ve owned revenue compliance (ASC 606), balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting, leveraging NetSuite and other ERPs for financial reporting. I also implemented and managed AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory reconciliation, and credit card programs (Ramp/Brex), improving accuracy and operational flow.

Earlier in my career, I handled capital asset management and grants accounting, ensuring proper GAAP/GASB accounting, depreciation, inventory planning, and grant compliance, and supporting audit preparation. I bring a strong automation-and-process mindset from SOX controls/testing to extensive system expertise across QuickBooks, SAP, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Munis, and more.
