I am an experienced Controller who scales accounting operations, strengthens internal controls, and delivers timely, decision-ready financial reporting. Over 18+ years I have led ERP migrations, implemented AP automation, and integrated financial systems to improve job costing, WIP visibility, and margin insight.

I have managed multi-entity reporting and partnership accounting, including investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions, while leading teams with clear close ownership and KPIs.
