What I'm looking for

I am seeking remote or hybrid roles in cloud-first teams where I can apply DevSecOps fundamentals, improve security and automation, and grow through hands-on infrastructure and support responsibilities.

I am a recent Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience providing remote technical support, community moderation, and managing digital collaboration across distributed teams. I focus on DevSecOps fundamentals, cloud infrastructure, automation, and cybersecurity practices to build reliable, secure systems.

In customer and technical support roles I served as the first point of contact for user inquiries, diagnosed issues, coordinated escalations, and documented common problems to streamline troubleshooting.
