I’m a results-driven IT Operations professional supporting and maintaining secure, high-availability IT environments across cloud and on-premise systems. I focus on uptime, service reliability, and operational efficiency, while handling L2/L3 technical issues, enforcing IT governance, and implementing cybersecurity controls aligned to organizational standards. In my current role, I execute IT operational strategies that directly support business continuity and service delivery.
I’ve maintained operational readiness by monitoring and maintaining networks, servers, cloud environments, and enterprise systems, and by coordinating IT support to ensure timely incident resolution and SLA adherence. I enforce data protection and user access management policies, oversee backups, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity readiness. I also support internal systems and web services while managing IT assets, vendor services, and procurement in line with organizational policies.
