What I'm looking for

I'm seeking ServiceNow opportunities where I can combine my established IT support experience with growing Now Platform administration and development skills, while continuing to evolve professionally in ServiceNow.

I've spent 10 years at ATP Tecnologia e Produtos S.A. maintaining technology infrastructure and delivering responsive onsite and remote technical support to internal and external users.

I troubleshoot incidents, configure Windows systems, corporate software, hardware, mobile devices, printers, and local networks while supporting operational continuity and service-level commitments. My earlier work at Mistertech Informática strengthened my hands-on experience maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals.

I'm now focused on the ServiceNow ecosystem, building practical knowledge in Now Platform administration, ITSM, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, automation, JavaScript, REST APIs, CMDB, and Asset Management while preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
