What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on IT roles focused on hardware, networks and user support within a collaborative company that values customer care, training, and professional growth.

I am an experienced IT technician with longstanding work in hardware maintenance, network administration, user support, and small-to-medium business IT management. I have delivered on-site and contract services for corporate and retail clients across Greater São Paulo.

Over two decades I supported clients such as banks, telecoms, retail groups and public entities, performing installations, backups, data recovery, antivirus and OS maintenance, and network configuration. I also provided technical guidance to sales teams and participated in HP OpenView implementation projects.

My background includes formal technical education in data processing, electronics and electrotechnics plus Microsoft certifications and practical experience across Windows, Linux, Novell and mobile platforms. I run maintenance and support operations, manage ISP relationships, and perform systems administration and preventive maintenance.
