What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to create customer-focused copy and digital experiences, particularly in fintech or performance marketing, while growing through practical work in direct-response copywriting, email marketing, and audience research.

I've created an acquisition and onboarding campaign for Akiba, a fictional fintech savings app, including a conversion-focused landing page, three-email onboarding sequence, and social and display ads.

I translate product features into customer-centred benefits using audience research, behavioural psychology, and direct-response copywriting principles. My work maps messaging across awareness, consideration, and conversion while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

At CCI Kenya, I communicated product, policy, and account information clearly, resolved customer concerns, and adapted my approach to individual needs. I bring that customer understanding to persuasive digital experiences.
