What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Representative with strong experience in customer support, retail operations, and client relationship management. I respond to inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and keep customers satisfied through clear communication and active listening.
In my roles at Zenbris Farms and House of Tara International, I assisted customers with product information, order support, and follow-ups, while maintaining positive customer relationships. I also supported transactions and retail operations, including managing customer interactions and product displays. Alongside this, I’ve continued freelancing independently by managing bookings and delivering personalized services.
More recently, I’ve supported data organization and delivery for AI training datasets through the QuickR Signal 215 Project. I bring a multitasking, problem-solving mindset to every task, and I’m excited to grow further in AI operations and data annotation while continuing to deliver excellent customer experiences.
