I handle customer questions and appointment scheduling at HairslaybyTee in Calgary, managing 4–6 client appointments daily while responding by phone, text, and email. I keep client records and notes organized so future visits run smoothly.

Before that, I worked as a Cashier at Rusty Roadhouse, processing cash and card payments accurately and balancing the register at the end of each shift. At Luckys Belgian Fries in Budapest, Hungary, I supported busy service with order, payment, and general customer questions, completing opening and closing cash procedures.

I also support families in childcare as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, serving as a first point of contact and documenting daily activities and incidents while maintaining accurate attendance and child records. I’m comfortable working independently or remotely and keeping details accurate under pressure.
