At Kenya College of Interior Design, I manage operations, procurement, facilities, budgets, and administration supporting over 380 students and 40 staff. I improve reporting, document management, and cross-department coordination through standardised systems and practical process improvements.
I also manage independent residential construction projects from concept through completion, coordinating procurement, contractors, budgets, permits, compliance, and quality control. I serve as the link between clients, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects aligned with design specifications.
Earlier, at SBO Research, I conducted qualitative and quantitative research, facilitated focus groups, analyzed findings, and produced reports for product-improvement insights.
