What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an on-site, hybrid, or remote role where I can solve difficult IT, software, infrastructure, or applied AI problems, build practical systems, and improve how teams work. I'm available immediately and willing to relocate.

I've run enterprise IT for 400–500 users across 10+ offices in five countries at CodeArt, supporting remote-desktop infrastructure, identity administration, security standards, and office operations.

I delivered 4–5 turnkey Belgrade office build-outs, from feasibility and cabling layouts to contractor coordination, procurement, and working handovers. I became the escalation point for unresolved incidents, fixing issues and sharing solutions so they would not recur.

Since 2023, I've built and operated Yasamasa independently: a RAG-based Turkish-law knowledge platform using AnythingLLM, Gemini, and OpenAI models. I prepare the knowledge base, tune retrieval chunking and overlap, design chatbot behavior, and run its deployment, DNS, SSL, and email infrastructure.

Through Stella Bilişim and consulting work at Digitech Solutions, I've delivered Python, Node.js, JavaScript, WordPress, automation, infrastructure, and web projects from requirements through support.
