At Rendili LLC, I handled support requests across 70+ distributed sites, diagnosing network and hardware issues, reading logs, and fixing or escalating incidents. I resolved about 70% of cases remotely and cut incident downtime from several hours to 20–30 minutes.
I spotted recurring failure patterns and turned them into preventive procedures, including isolating a failed board so a unit could keep running instead of shutting down. I also built fleet-wide monitoring and downtime alerts.
I onboarded about 30 non-technical customers and explained complex issues step by step, often through written support in English and Russian. I wrote guides for a community of more than 2,000 members.
I worked with REST APIs in Python, building a monitoring and profitability service with FastAPI and Docker, along with data-collection tools. Earlier, as Head Systems Administrator, I led a five-person team on 24/7 shifts across a fleet of about 1,200 devices.
