What I'm looking for

I'm looking for async-first work where I can own measurable acquisition across paid search, SEO, paid social, and conversion paths. I value clear written communication, output-focused teams, and opportunities to solve full-funnel growth problems across EU and UK hours.

I run Stearling Connection, helping local service businesses across Nice and Monaco improve acquisition through paid search, SEO, paid social, site builds, and conversion copywriting.

For a private-hire operator on the Nice–Monaco corridor, I managed a €583 Google Ads budget that generated 254 clicks, 17 WhatsApp contact conversions, and a 9.09% CTR. I uncovered broken WhatsApp and tracking paths behind a high-intent keyword’s zero-conversion result, then worked with the client’s webmaster to correct them and identified budget reallocation opportunities.

I also build multilingual Wix sites, write French copy and long-form content, and test organic Instagram distribution at account level. I work asynchronously in English, French, and German, bringing a full-funnel perspective shaped by building an e-commerce store end to end.
