What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role using UX research and analytics to shape product strategy, collaborate in Agile squads, and deliver measurable impact on customer experience.

I am a senior UX research and analytics practitioner with over 20 years translating data into meaningful insights to inform product decisions. I lead UX discovery, stakeholder workshops and focus groups for clients including Sky and FXCM, and I conduct primary quantitative research such as questionnaire design and survey segmentation.

I work effectively in Agile squads, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and can operate as Scrum Master or Product Owner. I am trusted by senior stakeholders and comfortable presenting data to non-technical audiences to influence roadmaps and measurement frameworks.

My analytics experience spans implementation, optimisation, QA, CDPs, privacy-first analytics and digital product strategy, with hands-on use of tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Amplitude and SQL. I have designed reporting and measurement frameworks for organisations including Papa John’s, Johnson Matthey and McDonald’s, and led CRO and experimentation programmes.

I continually develop my technical skills (Datacamp AI Fundamentals, Adobe Analytics Practitioner, SQL training) and enjoy applying generative AI to structure learning. I am collaborative, outcomes-focused and experienced at turning research into actionable product change.
