What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on products that create a positive impact.

I’m a Senior UX researcher with extensive experience in tech companies and a background in voice of the customer operations and insights. I also earned a UX Design certification from University of the Arts London.

In my last 3 roles, I’ve led and developed UX research practices in software as a service companies. As a solo researcher, I’ve been responsible for the entire research function end to end - from planning to execution, including research operations and delivering insights to my stakeholders.

When I join a new organisation, I bring curiosity, proactiveness, and an eye for detail. My aim is helping companies like yours learn faster and better, develop scalable research processes and bridge business and user needs to champion a true customer-centric culture.

In my next role, I’m looking for positions where I can create a positive impact to the product, create strong collaboration with diverse teams and make improvements to research processes.
