What I'm looking for
I’m a senior user researcher with 10+ years of experience across marketplaces, logistics, government, and global organisations. I plan and run research that directly shapes product decisions—from in-depth discovery and ethnographic fieldwork to evaluative testing and continuous insight programmes.
In my current role as a Principal User Researcher, I lead strategic discovery across regulated and complex domains. I followed the evidence rather than a fixed plan, adjusting methods as early findings opened up unexpected directions—grounding decisions in what was actually true.
I’ve built detailed user workflows, mental models, and personas that create shared understanding and enable product redesigns. I also facilitate stakeholder workshops to build consensus around findings and drive adoption of new product directions.
Earlier, I grew research impact at scale—introducing remote unmoderated testing to cut turnaround from weeks to days, creating a research playbook to standardise planning and communication, and redesigning how insights were packaged to drive an 80% increase in research adoption.
