At Vopi Tech, I own product design across software and AI platforms for public institutions and governments. I'm leading the design side of the company's repositioning from GovChat, an omnichannel citizen-service platform, toward Civia, an AI agent platform.
I rebuilt the platform's information architecture around the agent creation lifecycle and build and own its design system, published to Storybook for direct use by engineering. I work with Product and Engineering on roadmap, feasibility and delivery, using research, analytics and testing to guide decisions.
At ETIPI, I built and maintained the Opala Design System, with reusable components, tokens, documentation and guidelines adopted across the organisation's product suite. I also designed and prototyped government-service interfaces, using user research and usability testing to inform the work.
Earlier, at Tecnotel & Nescara, I designed user flows and prototypes and built production front-end interfaces from those designs. I still write front-end code because that experience showed me where specifications can break down in implementation.
