I’m looking for a remote helpdesk role where I can use strong troubleshooting and bilingual communication to triage incidents quickly, resolve hardware/software/device issues, and collaborate on faster root-cause identification.

I’m a bilingual IT support professional with 1+ year of formal technical support experience, focused on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and mobile device issues. I’m hands-on with Windows, Linux, and iOS troubleshooting, and I communicate clearly with non-technical users to keep incident handling fast and accurate.

In high-volume environments, I’ve triaged incoming requests by urgency and complexity, managed multiple concurrent repair cases daily, and worked toward zero escalation backlogs. My work includes hardware troubleshooting, software diagnosis, remote technical support, and daily incident resolution—supported by direct customer communication and thorough documentation of root causes.

Alongside support, I build fullstack web apps to understand software systems end-to-end—so I can triage issues with context and identify likely root causes sooner. I integrate third-party APIs, automate deployments via CI/CD tools, and apply production-minded thinking that strengthens how I investigate, explain, and close tickets.
