At PC Service Computacion, I handle remote troubleshooting as a full-time help desk and repair technician, helping customers resolve computer and mobile-device issues efficiently.

I've spent more than three years supporting users through TeamViewer and Windows Remote Desktop, alongside four years repairing mobile phones, desktops, and laptops in the shop. My work includes software installation, general troubleshooting, soldering, PC component repairs, and post-repair assessment.

I'm CompTIA A+ certified, UTN-certified in mobile phone repair, and currently studying for CompTIA Network+. I also use Python, SQL, Bash, PowerShell, and AI tools including Lumo, Ollama, and Mistral to automate tasks and troubleshoot more effectively.

As a native Spanish speaker with advanced English skills and a Liberal Arts background in communication, writing, editing, and human relations, I bring clear customer communication to technical support. I thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy solving problems remotely.
