I've built a Windows Server infrastructure lab with AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, organizational units, users, and groups, documenting the environment on GitHub and demonstrating it on YouTube.
My hands-on work also includes Python scripts that automate Excel tasks, manipulate data, and generate reports to reduce manual work. I'm trained in Systems Analysis and Development and hold Google IT Support and Cisco Networking Basics certifications.
At Ausus Automotive do Brasil, I supported maintenance operations through process control, work orders, Protheus ERP, supplier contact, purchase requests, schedules, and monthly reports. I also worked in customer service and budgeting at Ruspristeel, gathering requirements and coordinating with production.
