What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building practical IT support, network troubleshooting, and automation solutions while growing my systems, scripting, and software-development experience.

At AMTU, I provide IT support for around 35 users across the head office and bus garages while helping keep a 300+ vehicle fleet operational. I troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments, manage Jira tickets, and maintain computers and networks.

I diagnosed recurring AnyDesk remote-access failures by tracing them to a SonicWall firewall rule with a short TCP inactivity timeout, restoring stable remote sessions.

I've automated routine work with Batch, PowerShell, REXX, Python, and Google Apps Script. My fleet-configuration tool combined Windows Batch network setup with REXX over SSH for device parameters, replacing a slow manual process across 300+ devices.

I also develop and maintain an internal Google Apps Script web application used daily by operations teams to manage eight spreadsheet workflows, including audit logging and concurrency control.
