I’m a results-driven Network Operations Center (NOC) engineer and Performance Manager with over 6 years of telecom operations experience supporting large-scale mobile and fiber infrastructure. I focus on network surveillance, service assurance, incident management, and performance monitoring to protect uptime and customer experience.
In my current role as Performance Manager (NOC) at EGOGO TECH LTD, I lead monitoring and performance management across 500–1,000 network sites. I coordinate incident management and service restoration, supervise teams of up to 20, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs and SLAs while producing executive reports and performance dashboards.
