I am a Cisco Network Engineer with extensive experience in hardware, software, and enterprise networking, backed by Cisco Specialist - Enterprise Core certification and CCNA/CCNP training. I plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area networks to meet operational standards.

At Comcast I lead technical outage bridges, analyze operational data and metrics, and act as a technical resource on projects to ensure successful implementations and adherence to company standards. I perform routine maintenance validated to minimize impact and provide actionable insights from monitoring tools.

Previously I supported core IP networks and security at T-Mobile, managing LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, load balancers, firewalls and AWS nodes, and provided second-level escalation and thorough incident documentation. I also worked in voice and data troubleshooting for Verizon Wireless/Primus, resolving large-scale voice issues and optimizing system performance across GSM, 1X, EVDO and LTE networks.
