At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, I lead the Global NOC Strategic Customer team, running 24/7 staffing, escalations, incident war rooms, and service delivery for premium OCI accounts. I grew my leadership scope from 12 to 26 engineers while supporting high-priority events for customers including Uber.
Before leading the team, I resolved 10,992+ network incident tickets in FY2024 across OCI’s global physical network. I bring hands-on experience in network engineering, vendor troubleshooting, resilience testing, training, and root-cause analysis, backed by CCNA certification and a master’s in Communication Systems Engineering.
