I’m a social media strategist with hands-on experience translating audience behavior and engagement patterns into content strategy that performs. I’m skilled in social listening, community management, and AI-assisted workflows across creator and brand platforms.
At Centene (Remote), I collaborated with Support and IT teams to analyze recurring employee pain points from large-volume support tickets. I developed categorized issue groups to streamline triage workflows and designed, scripted, and produced a Workday employment/role-change tutorial for Centene’s 66,000+ corporate employees—improving navigation and reducing reliance on support teams.
At Holding Hands Home Care, I scripted, edited, and published an HR orientation video that created a YouTube onboarding channel to streamline new-hire training and reduce manual HR explanation time. I adapted content based on reach, watch time, comment sentiment, and click-through patterns, and supported UX/UI updates to align layout and messaging with user behavior insights gathered from social traffic and community feedback.
