What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on role where I can blend endpoint support with security analysis—working in a process-driven environment that values documentation, disciplined workflows, and compliant, secure operations while collaborating to reduce risk.

I’m an IT support and cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting endpoints, diagnosing hardware and system issues, and resolving user and security-relevant incidents across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments. I bring strong documentation habits and a process-driven approach, using ticketing systems and evidence-based workflows to track, triage, and remediate problems efficiently in both office and field settings.

In my work, I’ve analyzed system, application, and network logs to validate root causes, escalate alerts with documented evidence, and harden endpoints by identifying misconfigurations, insecure settings, and outdated software. I also perform independent bug research through responsible disclosure—using reconnaissance and endpoint analysis with tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, and ffuf—then producing clear reproduction steps, risk analysis aligned to OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK, and remediation guidance for engineering teams.
