I’m an IT professional with 13 years of experience in software development, specializing in Progress OpenEdge, and I bring deep expertise across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Alongside that, I hold a Master of Science in Security Science from EC-Council University, with advanced training in Penetration Testing, Security Analysis, Vulnerability Assessment, and Cyber Law.

I excel at analyzing, designing, and maintaining complex systems—especially database-centric applications—while delivering reliable technical support, documentation, and fixes. In remote consulting and client-facing roles, I’ve developed and maintained investment banking, loan origination, insurance policy, and ERP/CRM solutions, including creating and modifying reports and data inquiry screens, plus peer code reviewing and troubleshooting critical issues.

I also bring hands-on cybersecurity and system administration strength, including Windows Active Directory administration (user creation, permissions, group management, group policy, NTFS permissions, log file analysis, and patch management). My background has also made me effective at translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging training—through curriculum development and instructor-led delivery using adult learning principles.

Today, I’m expanding my impact through data analytics and applied AI work. I’m currently learning and applying Data Analytics (Anaconda, Jupyter Notebook/Lab, Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP/LLMs), and I work as an AI Annotator/Trainer performing moderation/labeling (text/voice/image/3D LiDAR) and prompt engineering for LLM workflows—always focused on improving quality, safety, and usability.
