At Multiplica Talent, I delivered conversational and non-conversational AI solutions from frontend through production operations. I built agentic workflows with LangGraph and LangChain, integrating Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI-compatible APIs for assistants, automation, and document workflows.
I designed MCP integrations for Google Workspace services and added OAuth-based access controls, Langfuse tracing, evaluations, and observability. I also automated workflows with n8n and deployed services on GCP Cloud Run using Docker, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, JWT, and role-based permissions.
Previously at G-Global and Bali Express, I built full-stack applications, microservices, logistics tooling, and operational systems with React, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, GCP, and AWS. My work included Vertex AI, BigQuery, Document AI, document and image processing, transportation-route analysis, and enterprise platforms for HR, payroll, CRM, invoicing, reporting, and dashboards.
Earlier, I developed software for Samsung Smart TVs and Android applications, supported international clients, and delivered enterprise web and database solutions. I bring more than nine years of experience building practical software across AI, cloud, DevOps, and full-stack engineering.
