What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build customer-focused digital, payment, e-commerce, or AI-enabled products where I can own strategy through delivery, use data to improve outcomes, and lead cross-functional teams through meaningful transformation.

At Sky Deutschland, I lead billing and collection product strategy, delivering fraud and risk features that improved dunning efficiency by 7% and reduced fraud incidents by 2%.

I also delivered the pilot migration of legacy customers to Salesforce CRM, managing go-to-market execution and achieving 105% of first-year targets.

Previously at Shop Apotheke Europe and Orange Telecom, I shaped payment, e-commerce, web, and app products across millions of customers and hundreds of millions of euros in transactions. My work increased digital payment adoption, transaction success, user engagement, and e-commerce conversion through strategy, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional delivery.

I'm also building AI-enabled prototypes, including an iOS HealthKit app and web-based monitoring widgets, while applying AI to product discovery and refinement.
